Bachelors degree in industrial design, industrial engineering, product engineering, or manufacturing engineering and eight years of overall progressive experience in footwear manufacturing with multiple types of footwear. Will also accept no education and 10 years of overall progressive experience in footwear manufacturing with multiple types of footwear.
