Specific Skills

Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field and 2 years of engineering experience in the industrial automation industry. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following Experience in managing or leading highlevel automation projects from start to finish, including estimating, resources, scope, scheduling and budget; Experience in the development of control system codes and screens in different platforms supporting different industries like Food and Beverage Packaging, Oil and Gas, and Waste Water Treatment; Experience working with the following programming platforms Wonderware InTouch, Factory Talk View Studio, and Ignition; Experience working with the InSQL Server, and Terminal Server for setting up Data Acquisitions systems; Experience with different communication protocols, including Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet and Modbus; Experience in serving as a technical lead for onsite activities such as startup and commissioning and for mentoring other engineers on various control system projects; Experience in creating functional specification and requirements documentation for automation projects; Experience interpreting Electrical drawings and PIDs; Experience in developing project management processes as documented per CSIA Control System Integrators Association; Experience in MES system development for communication with ERP systems to create a smart manufacturing environment; Experience in using Microsoft Project for schedule management and experience in directing subcontractors on projects; and Experience in change management. Applicants must possess Scrum Master certification and PMP certification. Up to 30 domestic travel required.
