During the 1 one of postbaccalaureate, work experience must have focused on healthcare opportunities across various subsectors including brand and generic biopharma, pharma benefit managers, acute care and alternate site providers, physician groups and healthcare IT providers as well as led various commercial, accounting, tax and regulatory diligence workstreams in several highintensity processes. Experience must have included working on i an aggregate of at least 10 healthcare buyout opportunities; ii assisting the firm with managing all aspects of the due diligence process commercial, accounting, tax and regulatory diligence for multiple potential investment opportunities in excess of US2 billion, including conducting indepth financial modeling; executing extensive economic analyses; and gathering and synthesizing industry and market data; and iii must have also monitored and supported portfolio companies with mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions and strategic initiatives, and an exit of investment; performed scenario analyses and financial modeling to determine the cash flow, credit, accretiondilution and cost of capital implications of mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and other transactions; assessed company valuations using quantitative methodologies; and assisted the firm to develop strategic alternatives for portfolio companies based on industry and competitive analysis.br Schedule FullTime 40 hours per week must be available nights and weekends.
