Employer is a leading financial software company which develops comprehensive enterprise treasury systems for multinational corporations and financial institutions. Employers flagship product, ATOM Advanced Treasury Operations Management, automates integrates the full suite of treasury activities. This means that users spend a lot of time using the various screens related features that ATOM provides. Hence a functional, efficient, yet userfriendly, design is important. ATOM is browser based but not a website and flow is twodirectional with quick back and forth between the user and the application. Further, the system contains much numerical content as opposed to systems which rely on video and picture content. Development of such systems requires more sophisticated knowledge and strategies than other types of systems. The required Master level programs provide the required sophisticated level of knowledge. Graduates of such programs will be prepared to understand user requirements for this sophisticated system, to analyze whether these requirements can be met, to evaluate these needs in the context of the products already available, to evaluate the most effective means to meet these needs, to develop systems to meet these needs, and to test these systems. Further, as employer focuses on software products for the financial sector, cybersecurity is integral to all that it does. Master level programs tend to provide coursework in theories techniques of cybersecurity including application, network and Mobile security. TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PROGRAMMER IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY will have prepared the employee to assume the duties of this position. Development of the employers products requires knowledge of the terminology, requirements and processes of that industry. It also requires knowledge and experience in utilizing technology to satisfy those requirements; JAVA Java is the objectoriented language with which employers software is developed; SQL Standard Query Language is a programming language used to request information from a database and to perform various operations on the data recovered. ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CRYPTOGRAPHIC TECHNOLOGIES RSA, AES OR BLOWFISH. As employers software is utilized by major financial firms and multinational corporations, they must incorporate cryptographic features in all products. They only require experience in one of the cryptographic technologies they utilize because an individual who has experience in one of them will be able to learn the others in a reasonable period of time. MUST SCORE AT LEAST 90 ON STANDARD COMPANY TESTS FOR JAVA, JAVASCRIPT AND SQL. It is industry standard for companies to require applicants for technology positions to take tests in relevant subjects. All technology personnel hired by the employer are required to take this test and score at least 90. A minimally qualified candidate should not find this to be a difficult test and should score at least 90 with ease.br br We respectfully submit that the requirements for the job are normal for the occupation. Even if that were found not to be the case, they are justified by business necessity and bear more than a reasonable relationship to the duties of the job offered within the context of our business and industry. In the absence of these requirements, it would take at least 6 months to one 1 year for an otherwise qualified candidate to be able to execute the duties of the job offered.
