Requirements requires either a Bachelor of science degree U.S. or foreign in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or closely related field or a Master of science degree U.S. or foreign in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or closely related field is also acceptable. Candidates with a qualifying Bachelors degree must have a at least six years of experience in a process engineering position in manufacturing a product; b at least six years of experience in process engineering, testing, commissioning, and maintaining process operations in the food or pharmaceutical industry; c at least two years of experience performing sizing and specification of equipment, and reading and understanding piping and instrumentation diagram pid diagrams; and d at least two years of experience in applying process engineering techniques to take an idea for manufacturing a product from concept to business case. Experience requirements in a, b, c and d may be gained concurrently in the same six year period. Candidates with a qualifying Masters degree are required to have four years of experience in a and b and two years in c and d and all experience requirements for Masters candidates may be gained concurrently in the same four year period.br br H.6 has been answered quot;noquot; because while experience in the job would be acceptable, it is not required.br br All requirements including the Bachelors or Masters pathways, listed above, are equal primary requirements for the position. The requirements listed in H.8 are not alternate but there was nowhere else to state them on the form.br br Tarun Motwani meets exceeds all of these requirements. He earned a Master of Industrial Engineering from The University of Houston in Texas. Mr. Motwani acquired his experience in various fulltime engineering positions at Schwans Shared Services, LLC, its predecessor Schwans Research and Development, Inc., and at SFC Global Supply Chain, Inc. formerly Schwans Global Supply Chain, Inc. which are all part of Schwans Company from May 12, 2009 to October 28, 2015. The previous positions that Mr. Motwani held with Schwans Company subsidiaries, including Production Intern, Process Engineering Intern, Process Engineer II and Senior Process Engineer, are not substantially comparable to the Senior Manager Process Engineer position offered by Schwans Shared Services, LLC in this Labor Certification. A comparison of the duties between the Senior Manager Process Engineering position and the previous positions, specified in sections H.11 and K.cf or Jobs 36, demonstrates that the duties for the various positions at Schwans are more than 50 percent different from the duties of the Senior Manager Process Engineering position. The positions of Production Intern at Schwans Global Supply Chain, Inc. K.f Job 6 and Process Engineering Intern K.e Job 5 are both 100 different than the Senior Manager Process Engineering position. The position of Process Engineer II K.d Job 4 is 73 different and not substantially comparable to the position of Senior Manager Process Engineering. Finally, the position of Senior Process Engineer K.c Job 3 is 64 different and not substantially comparable to the position of Senior Manager Process Engineering.
