The five 5 years of experience must include experience in the following Design and development of component panels and full assemblies of BIW underbody and upper body structures and Front Closures; perform engineering concept, section study and design finalization involving different styling themed proposals using engineering standards, DMDR Digital Mockup Review, conformation of regulations and manufacturing feasibility with production engineering for BIW structures; consider different BIW joining methodologies including resistanceMIG welding, and structural adhesivesealant usage; perform automotive engineering of BodyWhite Stamped Steel parts including high strength steel; study for design of BIW for vehicle functional and safety requirement with inputs from virtual validation and take countermeasure based on physical validation; including crash, durability, NVH and regulatory requirements; support and manage BIW structures development in coordination with suppliers, toolmakers, production engineering, purchasing and overseas counterparts to develop parts, tooling, subassemblies from proto build to start of production; develop large sheet metal parts and work on component manufacturing, assembly process and development of production tooling and stamping feasibility; design and development of Exterior trims Injection Molded Parts including FrontSide Fascia and underbody parts from concept, section study, confirmation of regulation and manufacturing feasibility; design and develop plastic parts, components and assemblies for different styling feasibility, vehicle packaging, functional requirements and considering production tool development and molding feasibility; create and manage Bill of Materials including material selection, cost and weight, participate in physical build and validation and take countermeasure for issues observed in build and validation; create engineering documentation like DFMEA, GDT and use the following tools in completion of the above UG NX and Teamcenter.
