Three 3 years of experience analyzing risk management issues and ensuring compliance with global minimum filtering standards in line with applicable sanction regulations. Must include at least three 3 years of experience mitigating legal, regulatory, and reputational risk with regard to business involving sanctioned entities andor countries; executing quality assurance on first line activities using riskbased sampling; defining sanctions risk assessment methodology to determine risk appetite; developing and implementing sustainable risk governance frameworks; executing governance control checks as defined in the Key Operating Procedures documentation and in sanction and embargo control framework documents governed by AntiFinancial Crime AFC Embargo; executing reporting obligations to the authorities with respect to financial transaction handling; facilitating feedback loop on repeat false matches and returned L2 and AFC referrals; providing input into development of global Key Operating Procedures and regional DTPs; maintaining a repository of relevant sanctions regulations; and supporting the remediation of audit issues and selfidentified issues.br br br Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
