Will alternatively accept seven years of experience in a quality management position in the JustinTime automotive seating industry, in lieu of a Bachelor Degree and five years of experience in a quality management position in the JustinTime automotive seating industry. 5 years of experience with each of the following Evaluating automotive seating comfort through H Point Effort measurement methodologies, including analyzing statistical process controls by utilizing QS Stat or Minitab to detect process trends; Programming BSR Buzz, Squeak, and Rattle shaker tables to evaluate BSR characteristics of automotive seats; Leading automotive seating quality and product engineers in satisfying customer appearance standards by conducting Production Trial Runs PTRs and Ingress Egress testing; Evaluating automotive seating product design proposals for manufacturability and continuous improvement, including assessing Production Trial Runs PTRs for engineering and production change feasibility; and Leading quality and manufacturing engineering teams for launch and change management activities in a JustinTime automotive seating system and component assembly plant, including ensuring compliance with APQP and ISOIATF standards. Experience can be acquired concurrently.br br This is a key quality management position with Magna Seating of America, Inc. responsible for managing daily operations of the Quality Department, including developing, implementing, and maintaining effective quality policies and procedures and APQP activities. Because this is a key and critical position, requiring extensive knowledge of, and experience with, applicable concepts and issues, the position requires a Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering and 5 years of experience in a quality management position in the JustinTime automotive seating industry.
