ANY SUITABLE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE. Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Systems, Electrical, Computer andor ElectronicElectronic Engineering or related field followed by 6 years of progressive experience as a Network Architect, Network Engineer, andor Network Specialist, or comparable position. In lieu of a bachelors degree, employer will accept a Masters degree in the above fields and 3 years of experience in the above. Experience therein to include 3 years in IP layer 3 technologies including TCPIP, IPv4, OSPF, EIGRP; Wide Area Technologies including, BGP, MPBGP, MPLS, L2MPLS VPN, L3MPLS VPN; Cisco Nexus, ASR, and ISR switches and routers or similar products; 2 years with Cisco UCS Servers and Cisco ASA Firewall or similar product; and Traffic prioritization technologies including, QOS, TOS, COS, shaping; and System Architecture design and documentation using Visio, OmniGraffle, UM; and 6 months with the following System Prototype deployments and testing on physical and virtual environment; Software Defined Technologies including Cisco; and Virtualization VMware, HyperV, or KVM. Also requires CCNA or CCNP in Route Switch.
