Requires five 5 years of progressively responsible automotive manufacturing engineering experience in a highvolume millions of parts per line, dynamic multiple lines environment with automotive quality standards including five 5 years jointing technologies like Laser Welding for metal and plastic applications, resistance welding, soldering, riveting and snapping; dispensing like gravity injection with PU; material reshaping like coldheat staking; testing mechanical and electrical; Splicing crimping; surfacemount technology SMD; industrialization process, equipment, and product flow of new products; Lean Concepts application to process design; development of manufacturing processes to meet project targets for cost and timing; design and implementation of multiple manufacturing processes and test systems for Combustion and Mechatronic Sensor Module; IQRM, PFMEA and creation of process flow charts and controls plans; systematic problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective plan; reading and creating blue prints, process and product engineering specifications; manufacturing project management; and leading the process and build requirements for prototype samples or production requirements. Must have led at least five 5 projects simultaneously. Requires 10 US and 20 international travel for technical support, product launch and validations, supplier visits, training, and workshops.
