The educational requirements for the position are either A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or a closely related field is required OR B a Masters degree in Business Administration or Finance or closely related field. For individuals with a qualifying Bachelors degree we also require the following experience at least three 3 years of experience in an Analyst position developing, analyzing and validating AssetLiability Management ALM models and performing quarterly ALM measurement and reporting and analyzing and estimating lifetime expected credit losses in accordance with CECL. All candidates with a Masters degree are required to have one 1 year of experience described above. These are both primary and equal requirements.br br Section H.6 has been answered quot;noquot; because while experience in the job would be acceptable, it is not required.br br Hao Xu meets exceeds all of the minimum requirements. She has a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Xu acquired her experience in the Financial Analyst I and II positions at Wilary Winn LLC from February 15, 2017 to September 30, 2017 and from October 4, 2017 to present. The Financial Analyst I and II positions at Wilary Winn LLC are not substantially comparable to the Manager position offered by Wilary Winn LLC in this Labor Certification. A comparison of the duties between the Manager position and the Financial Analyst I and II positions, specified in sections H.11 and K.a.9 and K.b.9, demonstrates that the duties for the Financial Analyst I and II positions at Wilary Winn LLC are more than 50 percent different from the duties of the Manager position. A significant portion of the Manager duties listed in H.11 have no corresponding duty listed in the Financial Analyst I and II positions in K.a.9. and K.b.9. In addition, the Manager position has other differences from the Analyst positions; mainly that the Manager will manage engagements in accordance with the firms quality standards ensuring a timely highquality service that meets or exceeds client expectations and meets budget and timelines on Asset Liability Management ALM, Concentration Risk and Current Expected Credit Loss CECL and adhoc and future product lines. By contrast, the Analyst performs analysis and valuations for ALM and CECL.
