Experience must include the following experience and skills can be gained concurrently at least 5 years of providing modular critical infrastructure products for data centers; at least 5 years of experience in program management with demonstrated ability in leading project teams delivering several hundred modular units to customers, developing strategic relationships with customers and managing several Project Managers in developing and deploying modular systems; senior level customer interface experience as a project or program manager via multiple communication channels including facetoface, video conference, presentations, phone and email; demonstrated knowledge and handson experience in managing Project Managers who are responsible for project scope related to data center manufacturing projects; experience working with Project Managers to develop project management plans, schedules, staffing plans, budgets ETCsEACs, identify and manage risks, ensure project quality, and manage customers, stakeholders, and vendors; demonstrated experience dealing with complex contracts and ability to negotiate customer contracts; and design and manufacturing experienceunderstanding of modular systems, data center modularizationmanufacturing, industrial HVAC, modular system deployments, and central refrigeration or geothermal plant experience. Occasional domestic travel to customer locations is required.br br Additional job duties provided to DOL as part of RFI response for PWD Develops and directs the strategic planning of multiple projects programs. The projects involve the design and manufacturing of parts of the infrastructure associated with data centers and power generation plants. The parts typically consist of cooling plants or air handling infrastructure. Directs projects teams to develop designs per customer requirements, then fabricate and assemble the designs in one of TASs three factories in Houston. Manages the coordination and overall integration of technical activities and works with TASs Logistics department and the customer and their contractors to ensure TASs product is delivered to the job site on time. Responsible for the execution of the project in terms of technical scope, schedule and cost. Reviews and approves project changes and serves as TASs primary point of contact with the Customer and all of TASs subcontractors and suppliers. Negotiates with change order requests to customers and from TASs suppliers and subcontractors and approves requests he believes are valid. Prepare budgets, bids, or contracts. Reviews, recommends, or approves project contracts, cost estimates and schedules. Manages departmental subfunctions and team of project managers within the project management department. Directs recruitment, placement, and evaluation of departmental and project staff. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the project managers, scheduling and document control personnel. Develops budgetspoliciesprocedures to support the functional infrastructure. Develops or implements policies, standards, or procedures for project management department. Has deep knowledge of the managed project management, scheduling and document control subfunctions and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
