Bachelors degree US or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance or related field. Five years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must have five 5 years of experience with advising clients across all Credit Products, including Investment Grade, High Yield, Distressed, Bank Loans, Macro credit, and Emerging Markets; pitching investment ideas to clients while comparing relative value across credit instruments, including credit derivatives and cash bonds; utilizing knowledge of all macro asset classes including FX, Rates, Equities and Commodities; utilizing knowledge of European and Sterling Credit markets while working with international trading desks; demonstrating a track record of building relationships with stakeholders across an organization andor global market franchise in order to collect and coordinate best ideas; utilizing trading systems; performing analyses of corporate financial statements including financial modeling related to financial statements, hedging strategies and structured transactions; technical analysis including valuation of assetscompanies, executing and structuring complex transactions; and utilizing accounting principles; utilizing knowledge of capital markets and regulations to identify investment opportunities for clients; utilizing Reuters, Bloomberg, and modeling features of MS Excel including Macros and VLookups; liaising with traders, structurers and legal divisions to execute corporate transactions; and working with trading desks to continuously improve understanding of market dynamic and liquidity in equity, foreign exchange and fixed income products. FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required. International and domestic travel required 20 of the time.
