Instrument maintenance for GC and GCMS. 3. Utilizing the following chemical techniques and tools Balances; pH meters; preparation of standard, reagent, and mobile phase solutions; preparation of dilutions; handling of volumetric glassware; and centrifugation. 4. Performing and documenting the following types of assays pH measurement, physical appearance, mass uniformity, and titrations. 5. Training others on the use, data interpretation and the fundamental principles of operation for at least two of the following techniques Wet chemistry, Chromatography GC, LC, and IC, Spectroscopy IR and Raman, Physical testing Instron, Thermal testing TGA and DSC, NMR, SEMEDS Scanning Electron Spectroscopy Energydispersive Xray spectroscopy; LCMS Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry; ICP Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry; and GCMS.
