Specific Skills

Experience must include responsibilities in every phase of design cost process including value stream mapping. Experience in the following to perform part and vendor toolingorganic and inorganic surface treatments, 2D and 3D lasercutting, tube forming, MIGMAG welding, TIG welding, forging, sand casting, high pressure die casting, low gravity casting, closed die forging and CNC machining. Specific competence in manufacturing air tanks, fuel tanks, propeller shafts, braking systems, engine mounts and exhaust systems for trucks. Ability to use cost engineering specific tools such as TCPCM, Schmale, FTI and other systems such as CATIA, PROE, MCAD, VISIB, EXTER and RAPID. Occasional domestic and international travel.
