The subject position is not a runofthe mill or even entry level position. Rather, this position requires multifaceted and complex job duties that involve 247 oncall support, the ability to manage a bridge line of multiple teams on an escalated incident until resolution, and communication with senior management and other departments both formally and informally to ensure that their needs and requirements are met.
