Must have at least six 6 years of experience working within operations andor maintenance in industrial sites with continuous andor batch processes in the chemical industry.br br Must have any experience i lead and document process hazard analyses PHA and process safety reviews utilizing HAZOP, Whatif and Checklists methodologies for capital projects and in support of required revalidations; ii support building of the core competency of the Process and Plant Safety group in all areas of Process Safety and Risk Management and Process Safety Engineering methods and tools; iii demonstrate mastery and ability to make independent decisions in multiple areas of process safety engineering i.e., PSM, RMP, PHA, RCA, LOPA, SIL verification, Consequence Modeling, Risk Analysis, etc.; iv demonstrate strong knowledge of recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices RAGAGEP and process safety related government and industry standards i.e., OSHA, NFPA, ASME, EPA and API and chemical process safety; v set level of technical and regulatory requirements for multiple locations; vi develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the best practice safety concepts for manufacturing processes; and vii participates in process safety audits for compliance to policies.br br Experience can be concurrent.br br Must be able and willing to travel domestically and internationally to various unanticipated employer, client, and other locations up to 50.br br Note Because there is no experience required in H.6, the Kellogg language is not required.
