Must have a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or a related technical field and at least 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience in software development. In lieu of stated education and experience, will accept a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in stated fields and 7 years of experience in the job offered or 7 years of experience in software development.
