Minimum Requirementsbr Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an engineeringrelated occupation.br br Special Requirementsbr Position requires at least 2 years of experience in each of the following skillsbr 1 Ability to design and understand Architectural designs and specifications including those of other disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural among others;br 2 Generate, manage, and extract data from complex 3D parametric models using Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, Dynamo, Sketchup, and AutoCAD;br 3 Design capabilities of Revit with the ability to configure settings and troubleshoot issues with synchronizing and publishing;br 4 Assemble software including local desktop integrations with Revit and AutoCAD as well as the workflows and capabilities that can be done through the web interface;br 5 Familiarity with BIM360 services and potential workflows with both Revit and Assemble software;br 6 Product support activities related to troubleshooting technical issues. Including but not limited to understanding the customers existing workflow and desired outcomes, understanding the softwares capabilities, classifying issues as either workflow or software limitations, and the ability to reproduce issues for the product team in order to correctly identify and resolve the issue;br 7 4D BIM, Modelbased Quantity Takeoff, and construction workflows to understand the workflows used by the customers, and help the customer extract data such as quantities from the model and using the model for constructability reviews;br 8 Create and deliver technical software presentations for customers, sales teams, and marketing team;br 9 Validate and document product defects and work with the product team to test and confirm fixes and interact with customers to ensure final resolution;br 10 Create technical documentation for the website including help documents, release notes, marketing tools, and customer case studies for the company; andbr 11 Gather feedback from customers, maintain updated list of requirements, and regularly report to the product team in order to help drive direction of software.br br Must be available to work on projects at various unanticipated sites throughout the United States.br br Telecommuting is permissible
