Experience must include five years of facilitating key meetings and requirement gathering sessions to develop IAM technology solutions to access technology infrastructures, and define use cases, constraints and requirements to be addressed by the solutions; identifying gaps in IAM business processes by performing IAM gap analysis, and improving process efficiency to meet industry standards; designing high availability network architecture for global deployment of Identity and Access Management infrastructure; providing IAM services using the Computer Associates CA technologies suite of products, including CA SiteMinder, CA Federation Manager, CA Directory and CA Identity Minder; completing system setup and configuration for implementation of compliance products Oracle GRC Application Access Controls Governor AACG, Oracle GRC Preventive Controls Governor PCG, Oracle GRC Configuration Controls Governor CCG, and Oracle GRC Transaction Controls Governor TCG; developing product implementation design documents, functional specification documents and system setup documents; and interfacing with clients to map the business process and business requirements in to IAM functional and technical specifications. Experience must include two years of mentoring and coaching junior team members. Position requires 80 travel.
