Experience must include eighteen months of analyzing security and risk management based on clients regulatory and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, CMS MARSE, and NIST SP80053, to build effective controls to address these requirements; developing security frameworks and standards using NIST SP 80053 and Open Web Application Security Project OWASP; assessing risk utilizing threat modeling and data classification schemes; utilizing security architecture and engineering, including computer system architecture, mobile systems, network architecture, transmission media wireless or cable, identity and access management IAM, and web application security; performing Static Application Security Testing SAST using Micro Focus Fortify Static Code Analyzer to import source code, analyzing code using Java, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, SQL, and C; performing Dynamic Security Testing DAST using IBM App Scan, HP WebInspect, BurpSuite, NMap, Nessus, KALI, Metasploit, Wireshark, TCPdump, DirBuster, and command line to test web applications for vulnerabilities; liaising with client on their risk profile through assessment of regulatory landscape, alignment with standards including OWASP Application Security Verification Standard ASVS, asset classification, business risks, and current controls; and assisting with the full life cycle of an engagement as it relates to security program deadlines and protocols. Position requires 80 travel.
