Must have 5 years of experience in the following Using AutoCAD for the drafting and detailing of high end retail spaces of various sizes, and assembling construction documents that facilitate the costing, review, and construction of those spaces; Using a foundation of architectural training to solve complex design, fabrication, and installation challenges in a way consistent with the standards of a high end retail project; Managing and leading a team of architects and interior designers through the design process from beginning to end, negotiating design approvals from internal and external clients, cutting costs when required, and partnering with construction teams; Demonstrate practical knowledge of general architectural practice including programming, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, and lighting design; Leading formal meetings and presenting store design concepts for approval to executive stakeholders as well as external clients and landlords; and Managing vendor relationships with millworkers, architects, engineers, and other external consultants.
