We will also accept a BS and 5 years of experience in stated areas.br br H.12 PLEASE NOTE the requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation of Computer Systems Analyst in the context of the managed healthcare industry and are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner. All of our Healthcare Informatics Analysts have at least the education experience listed in the minimum requirements and we would not hire anyone for this position without these credentials. This employee must have the in depth, complex, theoretical and applied understanding of information systems, technology computer programming, gained through a university degree, in order to provide the level of design for computer systems, procedures and organizational information technology required. As this employee is responsible for consulting with business users to determine the organizations computer systems requirements, and designing business and functional computer systems specifications used by SQL Developers in the creation of information solutions, including acting as liaison between internal and external business partners and SQL Developers to define, document, and review business and system requirements to support computer system solution development, his understanding of software development must be excellent. In addition, because of the advanced responsibilities it entails such as acting as liaison between internal and external business partners and SQL Developers to define, document, and review business and system requirements to support solution development; creating project documentation including functional and technical specifications, requirements, usecases, testing scenarios, and project plans where applicable; creating test cases and performing testing to validate final product; leading and managing midsized projects involving client engagement, the industryspecific duties including ensuring end products comply with HIPAA security and privacy guidelines; and working to meet the needs of different departments within the organization that differ from each other yet specific to the managed healthcare environments, and the serious consequences of systemic computer procedure errors when working within the highly regulated managed care industry, the employer requires hands on experience. We have determined that an MS and 2 years of experience or a BS and 5 years of progressively responsible postdegree experience are the minimum qualifications necessary to perform this position.
