Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree plus three 3 years of experience working in investment banking. Must have three 3 years of experience with domestic and crossborder MA and capital raise transactions with both publicallytraded and privatelyheld companies; working with consumer products andor consumer packaged goods CPG companies; presenting complex technical analyses to senior client teams and leading formal client meetings; and leading, managing, mentoring, and training investment banking professionals and business development professionals. Must also have three 3 years of experience with financial modeling; financial reporting; accounting, valuation, finance and business strategy; accounting principles, including all GAAP principles and international financial reporting standards IFRS principles; mathematical execution of valuation methodologies, including time value of money, discounting and present values, cost of capital, and mechanics of leveraged buyout analyses; statistical analysis of key operating metrics; transactions involving complex tax, legal, and human dynamics; preparing investment documents, including working group lists, teasers, capital improvement plans, confidential information presentations, and management presentations; preparing fairness opinions and supporting presentation materials for Boards of Directors to be used in public company transactions; and collaborating closely with lawyers, accountants, and other financialstrategic advisors to facilitate MA transactions. Must also have 2 two years of sales or new business development experience devising custom strategiesproposals for clients. Must have effective written and oral communication skills.
