Specific Skills

Requires a deep understanding of dental technology, and of digital design software, as demonstrated by work experience. Must also possess a deep understanding of anatomy, morphology and functionality as demonstrated by work and academic experience. A minimum Associate in Science degree in Dental Technology is required. Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a dental laboratory designing cases using CADCAM technology. At least 1 year work experience with CADCAM 3D software including experience with Inlab and Cerec software. At least 1 year work experience with oral scanners including Omnicam. At least 1 year work experience with operating milling units including MCXL Sirona units. At least 1 year work experience designing single units, onlays, inlays, models, full dentures, custom trays, implant abutments, crowns, surgical guides, full dentures, and bite splints.
