Specific skillsother requirements quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section must possess the following i experience in one of the following geospatial techniques real estate analytics, transportation and logistics, geographic pricing, or telecommunications; ii geospatial skills including network and route optimization, spatial regression, cluster detection, geostatistical methods, and spatialtemporal modeling; iii experience in dynamic and static geospatial visualization including Carto, Tableau, and ArcGIS platform; iv operating GIS toolkits including ESRI, Quantum GIS, Alteryx and MapInfo; v experience with network modeling tools such as ESRI Network Analyst or Llamasoft supply chain guru; vi experience working with two of the following commercial and public datasets Census demographics, transportation network datasets, firmographics, remote sensing and OpenStreetMap data; vii project management experience including scoping, executing and delivering materials; and viii ability to present technical contents to nontechnical audiences.
