Regarding H.14, Specific Skills or Requirements The three years of qualifying experience must have been gained in a clinical laboratory environment executing regenerative medicine research tasks. Three years of experience identifying, developing, and utilizing data derived through any three of the following six methodologies histology; immunohistochemistry; biochemical assays; ELISA; Western Blot; microbiology. Three years of experience applying the principals of statistical research in a laboratory environment to collect data and contribute to the interpretation of results.br br Regarding item H.12 the minimum requirements for a Masters degree in a Biomedical or Experimental Medicine field and 3 years of qualifying experience or the alternative of a Bachelors degree in the same fields and 5 years of qualifying experience are a business necessity for the offered position. The offered position requires an experienced candidate who has acquired special skills and knowledge of the laboratory processes for regenerative medicine research, and is capable of exercising judgment and a high level of autonomy to complete assigned tasks and projects this is consistent with the Wage Level 3 classification provided by the DOL. The level of responsibility, and the highly specialized role and tasks require a candidate to have completed the equivalent of an advanced level of education.br br Regarding Item.H.8 As an alternative to a Masters degree in a Biomedical or Experimental Medicine field, a Bachelors degree in the same fields combined with five years of progressive experience in the position or in a related Biological Technician or Laboratory Research Technician position will be acceptable. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable.
