Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance or Economics and three years of investment banking experience as an Associate. Three years of experience must include the following Advising on domestic and crossborder mergers acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, spinoffs and divestitures with respect to financing and capital structure optimization, across different industries, with deal experience in excess of at least 30M in aggregate. Executing and advising on successfully closed capital raising transactions as well as refinancing transactions to include debt IPOs, securities offerings and loan arrangements for global clients, with deal experience in excess of at least 30M in aggregate. Constructing highly complex financial models in Excel and Visual Basic to assess optimal capital structure, optimal financing structures, and pro forma impact of event driven transactions, as well as credit risk by modelling the impact of transactions in pro forma credit rating, cash flow profile and cost of capital. Analyzing credit documentation credit agreements and bond indentures to determine transaction limitations based on different financial, negative and affirmative covenants, as well as determining financing capacity under various baskets and provisions as defined in the specified credit documentation. Benchmarking companies relative to key credit metrics such as leverage, capital allocation, liquidity, underfunded pensions and other liabilities, cost of capital and credit rating, and providing assistance in spreading rating agency adjustments according to the various industry, corporate and specialized methodologies at Moodys and SP to assess ultimate rating outcomes.
