Implementation of Standard Operating Protocols SOPs to prepare FISSEQ tissue and cell matrix, utilizing both invivo and invitro approaches and knowledge of molecular biology, chemistry and biochemistry principles;br br 2. Functional modification of glass surfaces used for tissue application, employing knowledge of surface chemistry, especially silane chemistry;br br 3. Design and conducting experiments to validate surface modification and test surface properties of glass slides used for tissue application, such as hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity;br br 4. Standardization of production protocols of functional modification of glass slides with an emphasis on repeatability, process streamlining, and cost efficiency;br br 5. Utilization of various analytical, characterization and purification instruments, including NMR, UVVis, Speedvac, fluorescent microscope, optical microscope, UVP imagery;br br 6. Conducting communications and transfer of laboratory SOPs to other research assistants;br br 7. Maintenance of accurate and detailed laboratory records and data;br br 8. Participation in experimental design execution, efficient assay development and creative problem solving.
