In lieu of a Bachelors degree, an Associates degree or equivalent and five years relevant experience is acceptable.br br 2. The relevant experience must include the following a managing a companys accounting function for billing, and AR, and make timely payments to vendors and subcontractors; manage also a companys Line of Credit in adherence with the bank covenants; and monitoring the riskreward for any new engagements; b providing guidance regarding rate proposals to maintain profitability to sustain and grow the business; c managing billing accuracy to truly reflect work performed and maintain uptodate time cards; ensure Federal, state and local taxes are paid promptly and on time; d collaborating with HR on Employee Benefits and USCIS matters, and responding to RFEs; e assessing and advising on new technologies relevant to the accounting function for process automation; f producing regular operating reports and financial reports, evaluating data pertaining to costs and plan budgets, yearend tax preparation, and estimated taxes for the PresidentCEOs review; g experience directing and coordinating the work of accounting team members; and h experience with Accounting Software Peachtree, MIS, Customer Vendor Management Systems and HRMS Systems.
