Requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or working in an industrial quality assurance role. In lieu of a Masters degree in stated field and 2 years of experience as stated, will accept a Bachelors degree in stated field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or working in an industrial quality assurance role. All stated experience must include the following project management for process and quality improvement projects; quality assurance tools and methodologies including Six Sigma, process flow mapping and lean manufacturing; utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment; reading schematics and engineering drawings; working with manufacturing, testing and application of electric motors and drives, including vibration analysis for motors; communicating complex technical concepts with engineers and factory operators in Brazilian market; SAP application; and, MS Excel.
