Full term of required experience must include maintaining a credit portfolio of Corporate counterparties across APAC, EMEA and Americas incl. emerging markets, incorporating Industrials, CRH Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, Utilities, Commodities Traders, Aviation Shipping, TMT Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Oil Gas, Structured Finance, LeveragedMA and Distressed Corporates; preparing and reviewing credit assessments covering lending, trade finance, cash management, trading lines incl. structured trades and wrongway risk; undertaking financial modeling, scenario analysis and stress testing, creating newcustom models as necessary; negotiating documentary terms and articulating credit appetites; undertaking client due diligence meetings, sector analysis, and reviewing Early Warning Indicators to identify emerging trends; presenting findings to senior management, with asset sale recommendations as appropriate; developing policies, procedures, templates and operating models; providing credit risk training across bank operations; and exercising a delegated authority of at least 240 million. 18 months of experience must include assessing the underwriting risks associated with Corporate, FI, NonFI Funds and Securitization issuances.
