Specific Skills
Position requires a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology, or a closely related field. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors degree in the fields listed above and three 3 years of relevant experience or a Masters degree in the fields listed above and two 2 years of relevant experience, in lieu of a PhD. Position requires fundamental working knowledge of or experience with high volume manufacturing and fundamental understanding of CDSOVL process and equipment. Requires fundamental working knowledge of various module unit process and equipment; understanding of various characterization techniques including Scanning Electron Microscope SEM, Transmission Electron Microscope TEM, SIMS, and Xray Diffraction XRD; and fundamental working knowledge of Statistical Process Control SPC andor Design of Experiments DOE. Skills and experience can be gained concurrently or as part of a graduate degree program. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
