Experience must include five years of preparing compliance documents based on NIST80053 and IRS 1075 standards; working with crossfunctional teams; preparing clientready technical documentation for requirements, gap analyses, transition strategies and security reference architectures based on NIST Cyber Security Framework CSF and NIST 80053 standards; designing and deploying IAM solutions, including Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, SailPoint IdentityIQ and Microsoft ADFS; maintaining and troubleshooting provisioning, workflow automation, and directory services AD, LDAP using Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, XML, C#, SQL and Javascript programmingscripting languages; and working in the Public Sector industry with HHS departments within State governments. Experience must include three years of designing and implementing Identity and Access Management IAM solutions for health care systems and integrated eligibility systems; assisting and providing input during the creation of business requirements and functional design; liaising with executive level personnel; leading client facing meetings; leading teams with multiple work streams through the full life cycle of an engagement; and mentoring and coaching junior staff. Position requires 90 travel.
