Specific Skills

Candidates must have at least a Master of Taxation or equivalent as determined by a qualified credentials evaluation service and at least three years of professional experience within the taxation field. Must have at least three years of experience in transactional projects, namely international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and corporate and trust restructuring.
