The MDE CMP Shift Process Engineer in this position needs a Masters degree or a Bachelors degree plus five years of postdegree progressive experience. The Companys MDE CMP organization requires this position to have advanced knowledge of Statistical Process Control, CMP process fundamentals, CMP equipment fundamentals, semiconductor characterization techniques, and semiconductor manufacturing.
