Bachelors degree in business administration, public administration, management, or a related field foreign equivalent degree acceptable plus 2 years of experience in businesstobusiness B2B financial services partner enablement, partner management and partner operations. This must include 2 years of experience in working within an enterprise software provider; developing and presenting technology training and certification courses for international partners in 30 countries; and managing an international services operations team, including internal systems automation and integration, as well as process improvement; MS Office 365, SFDC, Workday, NetSuite, and Prince 2 andor equivalent tools; applying organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and project management skills based on time zone and cultural differences.
