This will include facilitating of discovery sessions to collect and assess client system needs; demonstrating expert understanding of health care domains front office e.g., sales, marketing, middle office e.g., member enrollment, provider credentialing, benefit structuring and back office e.g. claims processing, financial accounting; converting client problem assessments to recommendations, including costs, benefits, proscons and timelines for recommendation implementation; creating project and application architecture deliverables that are consistent with architecture principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices; and communicating implication of architectural decisions, technology costs, benefits, and implementation requirements to business and IT Leadership. Support the development of Crankfrog team members professional capabilities and growth. This will include assessing team member strengths and weaknesses, and client engagement performance; developing technical career development action plans for the team; and assessing training and skill development requirements. Contribute to the development and refinement of Crankfrog service offerings and infrastructure. This will include assessing client needs and identifying Crankfrog capabilities to address those needs; developing of tools and artifacts to support delivery of Crankfrog service offerings; assessing Crankfrog infrastructure, identifying infrastructure gaps, and making recommendations to fill gaps as necessary; developing case studies to represent Crankfrog capabilities in alignment with service offerings; and establishing standards and procedures related to Crankfrog enterprise security management including information security policy management, identity and access management, metrics, and reporting.
