Requires a Bachelors Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering or a related field with 5 years of engineer experience including 3 years of systems engineering working experience to be able to integrate equipment at the aircraft level and provide system functionality. Must have at least 3 years working experience with interfacing various aircraft subsystems together through understanding response rates, clock times, interactions, priorities, interrupts, debounce times, filters, gains and 3 years working experience with typical program development phases; preliminary design, TRR, PDR, CDR and qualification. Must have 2 years demonstrated hands on experience to reduce, edit and analyze experimental and flight test data using tools such as IADS and experience working with sub tier suppliers. Data Concentration Network DCN development and integration experience is required. Must have Part 25 experience with the latest certification amendments relative to 25.981. This includes being able to develop a design assessment of those zones next to a fuel tank, to evaluate the risk of fuel tank ignition, completing flammability assessments and mitigating risk sources. Must have experience generatinganalyzing code ie. C or equivalent, design CATIA V5, scripting MATLAB, Python, etc, embedded functions and logic diagrams. Must have experience validating and verifying system level requirements using ARP4754A. Must have worked on one engineaircraft certification program integrating aspects of avionics, controllers, data concentrators, sensors for ECS, CPCS andor antiicing systems. Must have experience with System bench test, integrated test facility andor iron bird simulator. Must be able to update and review system schematics and wiring diagrams. Must have a strong background in Thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and flow rates.br Will accept a Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering or a related field plus 3 years of the abovelisted experience or a Ph.D. or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering or a related field plus one year of the abovelisted experience.
