Experience must include eighteen months of designing and conducting analyses leveraging quantitative techniques and statistical methods to quantify the impact of policy andor market changes within the Life Science and Health Care industry on clients businesses utilizing various analytical tools including MATLAB, SAS, Python, and SQL, visualization tools including Tableau and QlikView, and data sources; reviewing policies, data landscape, and supply chains to conduct data usage and sharing assessment, and creating tools that manage risk associated with information technology; integrating business needs and technological solutions, including gathering business requirements, testing, training, and defining support procedures and implementation; reviewing and assessing the capabilities of software solutions including data management, data governance, and data quality tools including Collibra and Informatica, against client requirements leveraging software engineering principles and providing recommendations to ensure key functionality is available for implementation; developing an Enterprise Data Governance and Data Quality strategy supported by an operating model, and detailing operational and technology implementation roadmap; creating internal audit report to account for assessment findings and suggesting mitigation considerations on the current state of the clients Data Governance, Data Controls, and Data Quality strategy and processes; and executing data reconciliation, data recalculation and data analysis within complex substantive processes to support yearend audit procedures. Position requires 80 travel.
