The complete position requirements are as follows The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in Theology by the starting date of the appointment. An active scholarly agenda is required. She or he must be committed to undergraduate teaching and mentoring and possess organizational and administrative skills; familiarity with and awareness of student life issues and their impact on students academic progress; proven ability to work collaboratively; demonstrated experience interacting effectively with diverse students, faculty and staff within the various facets of college life and community; and demonstrated experience in promoting dialogue with diverse perspectives.br br Ph.D. focus on Catholic Studies or Catholic Theology is preferred. Experience of Catholic higher education within an ecumenical and diocesan setting; familiarity with the Benedictine tradition; and multidisciplinary experience are also preferred.
