One l year of the two 2 years of design experience must include experience with the following Sketchup pro; Rhino; Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator; InDesign, Photoshop; Bluebeam Revu; Vray for Rhino; AND Vray for Sketch up; Designing client presentations with embedded videos and animations; Conducting client presentations; Coordinating with Structural, MEP Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Lighting, Facade, Acoustics, and AV consultants; Developing the schematic design of the core and shell of a building, plus the lobby, curtain wall system, parking, elevator banks, core bathrooms and terraces; Performing materials selection and mood boards; AND Producing high quality renderings, site plans, sections, elevations and construction details. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience. One 1 year of the five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience must include experience with the following Sketchup pro; Rhino; Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator; InDesign, Photoshop; Bluebeam Revu; Vray for Rhino; AND Vray for Sketch up; Designing client presentations with embedded videos and animations; Conducting client presentations; Coordinating with Structural, MEP Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Lighting, Facade, Acoustics, and AV consultants; Developing the schematic design of the core and shell of a building, plus the lobby, curtain wall system, parking, elevator banks, core bathrooms and terraces; Performing materials selection and mood boards; AND Producing high quality renderings, site plans, sections, elevations and construction details.
