This position requires a Masters degree in Financial Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study plus five 5 years of experience in the job offered or five 5 years of experience in Quantitative Methods, Financial Modeling, or related occupation. The employer will accept a Bachelors degree and seven 7 years of experience in lieu of a Masters degree and five 5 years of experience. This position requires three 3 years of experience with the following skills securitized products such as RMBS or CLO; advanced estimation methodologies such as multivariate regressions, Generalized Linear Model, maximum likelihood estimation, Random Forest Model, transition probability models, decision trees, logistic regression, Nested Logit Models, simulation methods, or sampling methods; underlying collateral such as mortgages, loans, and their resulting structured financial products; regulatory framework governing capital models including Basel rules; developing statistical models for regulatory capital; collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a bank to obtain agreement on projects; providing leadership, conceptual guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team; and managing teams agenda against deadlines. This position requires one 1 year of experience with the following skills programming languages Python and R; working with various regulatory agencies; and guidance letters from U.S. regulatory entities.
