H.10B Must have 3 years of experience with Health economics and outcomes research HEOR or market access in a consulting or pharmaceutical company or an academic setting. Experience must include the following designing and conducting quantitative health economics research studies using retrospective observational data such as electronic health records, insurance claims, and national survey data, and chart reviews; conducting systematic literature reviews; employing uptodate methods and analytic techniques to conduct health economics and health services research studies, such as multivariable regression analyses, multivariable timetoevent parametric models, propensityscore methods, and estimating predictors of poor health outcomes and costs; developing study designs with minimal supervision; and budget forecasting, monitoring timelines and budget.
