Experience must include drafting, formatting and editing policy briefs, tool kits, patient guidesmanuals, handouts, and reports for internal and external use.br PLEASE NOTE that the requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation of Regulatory Affairs Manager, in the context of the multinational pharmaceutical industry and are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner. This is a Managerlevel position, and we would not hire anyone for this position who did not possess these qualifications. This employee must have the indepth, complex, and theoretical understanding of regulatory affairs and legal frameworks in the pharmaceutical industry, gained through an advanced university degree. This educational background is necessary in order to provide the level of knowledge and expertise required of this position. Because this employee is responsible for contributing to companywide global government affairs and public policy strategies, as well as coordinating the development of best practices across our European and US teams, her ability to analyze regulations and policy must be excellent. Because of the nature of this position, the advanced responsibilities it entails, the highly specialized duties specific to the tightly regulated pharmaceutical industry, and the serious impact of regulations and government policies on our research efforts, we have determined that a combination of an advanced degree and handson experience is necessary. Specifically, the position requires a Masters degree and 2 years of experience working on public affairs or policy issues in the life science industry.
