Required skills Must have 1 year work experience in each of the following using GTSuite and Simulink to model combustion engines, powertrain and vehicles; modeling and predicting vehicle fuel economy; using experimental data dynamometer and vehicle to calibrate 1D simulation models; developing combustion OBD algorithms; writing MATLAB scripts to automate analysis of test and modeling data. Experience may be acquired concurrently.br br This is an advanced engineering position with Roush Management, LLC responsible for the development and execution of modeling and simulation projects for engine performance, emissions drivetrain selection and vehicle dynamics. Because this is a key engineering position requiring extensive knowledge of applicable engineering concepts, a Masters degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering, or foreign equivalent degree, and 2 years experience in an engineering position with a Tier1 automotive or aerospace supplier, or OEM are required.
