MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Economics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Computational Finance, or a related field, plus 5 years of postbachelors, progressive related work experience; OR a Masters degree in Economics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Computational Finance, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience. Of required experience, must have 3 years of experience with a national valuation firm or accounting firms valuation practice, or in investment banking, private equityventure capital or commercial banking. Must have 3 years of experience in valuing complex securities, including options, warrants, fixed income securities, structured products and other derivatives. Must have 3 years of experience working within a given budget and schedule, and providing topquality results in a fastpaced, dynamic environment. Must have 3 years of experience in financial engineering or statistical software package such as a Matlab, Stata, Bloomberg, or MS ExcelVBA. Must have 3 years recent experience working with Word and PowerPoint. Must have successfully passed at least 1 qualifying exam for achievement of a CFA, FRM, PRM or ASAAM designation. Travel required to meet client needs up to 25. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
