Specific Skills

Workers must be able to ride and handle horses in a manner to assure the safety of the worker, coworkers, and livestock. Must be able to find and maintain bearings to grazing areas. Must be willing and able to occasionally live and work independently or in small groups of workers in isolated areas for extended periods of time.
