This position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in legal studies or a related field of study and five 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related position. This position requires a certification in paralegal studies from an American Bar Association legal institution. This position also requires demonstrated knowledge and experience with i software engaged in the design, development and support of customer relationship management applications, such as Siebel or PowerCampus software; ii internal procurement software, such as IProcurement, Oracle or Kuali Financial System software; and iii software that provides contract visibility, monitoring and compliance to streamline the lifecycle process, such as Adobe Sign or Adobe Acrobat Pro software.br br This position requires conversational skills in Spanish or Portuguese in order to work effectively with Quest Softwares Latin American customers andor partners.
