Must have Bachelors degree or a foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance or a related field plus eight 8 years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered or as an Associate, Analyst, Credit Analyst, or a related position. Must have eight 8 years of progressively responsible sellside or buyside credit experience with credit analysis of NonInvestment Grade rated companies within the TMT sector including nonpublicly traded companies; fixed income valuation analysis; fixed income legal documentation and covenant analysis; performing due diligence on issuers including conducting meetings; financial modeling including projecting income statements, cash flow statements and balance sheet statements; and corporate valuation analysis.
